This was a major development of a large detatched period house. The property was converted into 4 luxuriously appointed flats. In order to differentiate these converted flats from the many others on the market, very high quality components were used and each property was finished to an extremely high standard. There was extraordinary attention to detail and many unique features helped the investor achieve sale prices well above the norm.

This 3 bedroom period house needed structural repair as well as a complete refurbishment in order that it would be granted a mortgage and would therefore be sellable on the open market. All plumbing and electrical systems were renewed, the property was externally renovated, and the external walls and brickwork were repaired or replaced. Internally the property was given a comprehensive and tasteful refurbishment.

The owner of this property wanted a basic refurbishment in order that she would maximise the flat's value to sell.
